区长的谈话

今天三个区长都给我谈话了.

现在工区一个技术员都没有了,以前的两个技术员都提成区长了,他们希望我和一块刚分过来的步达能尽快独当一面.熟悉技术员的工作.董区说技术员一般要三年培养,他希望我们一年时间就能成长起来.也就是说如果干的好,最多两年时间就是技术员了,可能一年就可以做技术员了.是机遇也是挑战,对我来说,挑战大于机遇.
　
刘区陈区也给我俩下了一些任务,给我们很多资料.珍惜机会,奋斗啊!

今天开会,东滩煤矿第四季度工作会议,开了三个多小时.
贾矿长讲话主要内容是安全生产,态度端正,团结群众,搞好手指口述胜峰管理法管落实工作;拒绝腐败,严管贪污,狠抓搞破坏者.
贾矿长学历虽然不高,但讲话非常有力度,也很诙谐幽默.
